Mike Ogorchock is a graduate of Duquesne Univerity with a Bachelor of Business Management. He spent 4 years as a plant manager and 9 years as a division manager in the Houston ready mix division for DuBrook Inc through 1985. Afterward, he became the owner of a precast concrete company in Houston through late 2014 when he sold his interest in the company. Mike and his 2 sons formed Summit Universal LP in 2013 as a commercial developer. In 2019, the Ogorchocks formed Summit Precast Concrete where he brings over 45 years of experience to the industry.
Michael graduated from Texas A&M University in 2000 with a Bachelor of Business Administration. Upon graduating he joined his father working in the Precast Industry. After the sale of the family’s assets in their Precast company in 2014, Michael, his father Mike, and his brother Kris partnered up and formed Summit Universal LP and have actively been building the business. In July 2019, the family formed Summit Precast Concrete, LP, and are now actively bidding and building projects. Michael is also an active member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church, the Montgomery County A&M Club, Montgomery and Conroe Chamber of Commerce, and various other local groups in the community. In 2006, he married his wife Amanda and they now have 3 beautiful children who attend schools in MISD.
Kris graduated from Texas A&M University in 2006 with a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Development. Upon graduating he joined his father working in the Precast Industry. After the sale of the family’s assets in their Precast company in 2013, Kris, his father Mike, and his brother Michael partnered up and formed Summit Universal, LP and have actively been building the business. In 2016, Kris went to work for Ashton Sawing and Drilling as their Senior Estimator and Project Manager; eventually becoming Vice President of Construction. Kris rejoined Summit Precast Concrete, LP in June 2020 as a managing partner and currently heads up their sales and estimating department. Since 2006, Kris has been heavily involved with HLSR as a member of the Breeders Greeters serving as captain and vice chairman, St Mary’s Catholic Church, the Montgomery County A&M Club, and various other local groups in the Community. In 2010, Kris married his wife Katie and they now have 3 beautiful children who attend schools in MISD.
Jared Morris graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science degree, Agricultural Leadership, and Development in 2003. Upon graduation, Jared joined the precast industry where he spent 6 years as a Plant/Production Manager before he joined Halliburton in 2014. At Halliburton, Jared managed the maintenance department where he created and implemented a Preventative Maintenance Schedule for critical equipment. Jared joined Summit Precast Concrete, LP in January 2020, as Operations Manager and runs the entire operation at the Navasota plant.
